Very similar to a bath bomb, a shower steamer can be placed on the floor of your shower away from the drain. It will fizz slightly as it begins to release this soothing essential oil. Can be used more than once depending on the length of your shower, and the placement of the steamer. You can also use a whole steamer for one shower for extra aromatherapy benefits.
