Smooth lip balm

I've purchased this lip balm (mint) in the past & loved it. It was smooth, silky & didn't leave a sticky finish. My most recent purchase wasn't as luxurious. Still has a nice finish but isn't as silky smooth. Doesn't glide on like the others. Not sure if the formula changed.
